Rule 47
QUESTIONS TO BE ASKED TO THE MEMBER INTRODUCING THE PROPOSAL OR BILL
(1) Apart from the Minister, any other member presenting the proposal or bill may be asked questions about his/her bill, resolution, proposal or matters within his/her responsibility related to the work of the meeting.
(2) In relation to asking and answering questions according to sub-rule (1), the Speaker may apply the procedures prescribed in relation to the questions to be asked to the Minister as per the need.

(1) In the following cases, the Bill shall be removed from the register:-
